"We contracted Wilkinson Pell to carry out the first phase of our barn conversion which included the removal of all contents of the barn, a totally new roof (520 sqm), installation of a 4,000 litre fosse septic and a shower room (so that we had somewhere to get clean). Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to be on site during this phase and left the project with Andy & Louise to complete. Their attention to detail, constant communication, updates and advice was second to none.
I know that there were a few problems that occurred during the roof replacement but at no time were we in any doubt that Andy would solve the problem with swift efficiency. Andy and Louise discuss all potential problems prior to build, advise on the best format to use and provide a professional service throughout. Our first phase is now complete and we will be contracting Wilkinson Pell to carry out phase 2 (ground floor, second floor, mezzanine, terrace and all windows) and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has a requirement for any building or renovation work."
